Jobs similar to peditrics?

i want a job in the medical field similar to pediatrics...like casting broken bones or soemthing similar to that

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for. A nurse can work with children in a hospital or clinic. If you're looking for something without going to nursing school (or medical school to be a pediatrician), you can work in a pediatric clinic (doctor's office) or hospital as an aide, if there is a hospital near you. Usually the hospitals have a training program for nurse aides.
I'm not sure what is available where you live. Is it possible for you to find a job in a specialized clinic - like for autisitic children or even in a psychiatric clinic where they do play therapy? I'm not sure what kind of staff they need in those clinics, but you could check into it.
As far as casting goes, you can look into working in an orthopedic clinic - I had a friend in the ER who was a nurse aide who LOVED doing casting there...but he had to do a whole lot more! I'm sure they have training programs to teach these things, but I don't know what the need is, if they have mostly nurses do it, or what.
Good luck finding what you're looking for. I hope I helped a little!
