What is peanut allergy? does one get it only from consuming peanuts & its products or is it air borne too?

a peanut allergy is one that makes you allergic to anything that has peanuts,peanut oil,peanut shells etc....., it is not aireborne,do be careful eating certain candies because if they are made at plants where other candies containing peanuts aremade then there is a chance that you could have an allergic reaction

No one knows what causes people to be allergic to peanuts.
However, when someone is allergic to peanuts, sometimes their whole face can turn red even if they just touch a peanut (and then touch their face.)
People who are severely allergic to peanuts can die if they consume peanuts. My friend is allergic and has to carry around medicine & a needle to inject herself with in case she accidentally eats a trace of one.

This is an extremely serious allergy. Its a "contact" allergy. ANY CONTACT... even touching it can cause a fatal incident.

Please get tested immediately. This can happen at any point of your life, yet its more common in young children.
