If not better tomorrow, go to the ER, try some benedryl or any antihistimine tonight to help it feel better.

It should be better within afew days. The hives should subside by then. Your doctor could give you prednisone and that usually sppeds up the side effects from an allergy. They should also prescribe you an epi-pen
