Ecstasy and peanut allergies???? (serious answers only)?

If a person with an allergy to peanuts takes ecstasy, can they have a bad reaction? Serious answers only..... Please.....

This question has nothing to do with me personally. I'm way past my rollin days. That was like 7 years ago. I'm asking for a friend. I didn't even think about nut oil being one of the base components in the manufacturing of the drug until after he took it.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I rolled for years and didn't notice the major side effects until after I quit. I had a scan done on my brain and I actually have small holes from the ecstasy. I pray that my kids never do it. I know they'll experience with drugs but hopefully not too much.

Simple answer : YES

Last time i took it i had a severe reaction (and I'm allergic to kiwi and stone fruits) The tablets can have anything in it.

Whats worse is, when you have a reaction and you use your epi pen, it makes it 10 times worse, Thanks to using the epi pen i ended up in a coma for a week!

Tell your friend not to bother, its really not worth it.

There is no way to know. I do not have peanut allergies, but I did take ecstasy a number of times when I was younger (last time in 2000). The drug itself does not contain peanuts, but the pills can be adulterated with anything (tylenol, crystal meth, baking soda, caffeine etc.). It would be unlikely that they would use peanut flour or something similar to bind the tablet, but unless you know the person who manufactured it, you would be taking a huge chance.

I can tell you that the last time I took it, I had a very bad reaction to it and ended up in the hospital. There was obviously something in that specific pill that did not react well with me, and it was definitely the worst experience of my life. I had to tell my parents what I did so that they could take me to the hospital, which was obviously not fun. It can be a great time, but it can also be awful, so my advice to you is that it is not worth it. That being said, if you still decide to do it, make sure that you have a trusted friend there who is sober and who knows about your allergy so that if a bad reaction does occur, he or she could get help and/or inject you with the epipen.

That raises another issue about how taking the epipen would affect your heart if it were already under stress from the ecstasy (ecstasy raises heart rate)...

Make your own decision but be aware of the consequences.
