Patient rights!!???


I know that when your in the hospital that you have the right to be painfree.
What about with your primary? I am in chronic pain and I can't get a doctor to treat me. They seem to be afraid to treat me because of past experiences with people who have abused it. That's not fair to those who are in so much pain because of physical problems.
