I am legal medical marijuana patient in the state of CA. My job has a drug test. What are my rights? |
I've been diagonised by 3 different doctors as having bi-polar/skitzophrenic symptoms. However 2 years ago I changed my medication to cannabis. I've been healing and recovering til this day. Im looking for a job but it has a drug test. I heard it is OK as long as you have your doctors recommendation. Is this true? As long as you have a prescription from the doctor and show them all your prescriptions when you go in for the test that is correct. Don't wait until after the test. I am not sure about Ca. But if its like any other types of medication which may show up on drug tests just make sure you have your doctor's forms to show. Actually I would show them up front when going for the drug test. That way your not trying to hide anything. |
