Does anyone know where i can get hold of Mental Health Act 'patients rights forms' in foreign languages

I am needing copies of the Patients Rights Forms, (for people who have been detained under the MHA 1983, ) in a variety of foreign languages, pls can anyone tell me where i can get theses from, many thanks
