Sir i want to know what are the rights of patients and attandent.how to complaint if doctor is guilty /towhom

respected sir /madam my father died only because of wrong treatment of doctor in hospital i gave application to hospital authority but they did not give me application register number and told me to sign a form that i am satisfide with the treatment of the doctor. i refuse to sign it but still after 6 months they did not answer me even after i posted two registered letters to them . i consulted an advocate he told me that expert opinion required for it i dont have any record as hospital authority did not give me any record what should i do please guide me

you are being too polite. you need to gather your anger and go to the doctor and scream "WHAT DID YOU DO?"
