Outline an effective diagnostic/management plan for a patient with a right hypochondrial mass?

I don't know if you have spelled it right. Do you mean a mass in the right Hypochondrium? If so without more details, symptoms etc, I would suggest blood work, ultra sound, possibly xrays, (MRI, etc) and if warranted an biopsy.
