Can paternity tests be altered to show a false positive? |
My mother in law seems to think that my husbands ex did that to trap him because she works in the lab at the hospital where the test was done. No thay cant and why would you want to know this, because if its what i think it is its disgusting and very wrong and even to the extend of a crime being commited why would you mislead some1 in to believing the baby is theirs and not only that your child this is so unfair be honest!!!!!! ALL tests will show a false positive to some extent. Some more than others. In other words, no test is 100% accurate ALL of the time. |

There is always a chance that laboratories can screw up. They can switch samples or otherwise contaminate the samples. These things are pretty rare though, If your friend is sure he's the fath...
