Has anyone done an online paternity test? if so was the child yours?

i think the whole online paternity test thing is fake and was wondering if anyone ever got a result saying the child was not theirs. if one person can tell me yes the child was not theirs. and they did it online. i would consider having it done, but i think they all say yes its yours and dads everywhere are thinking they are dads and they are not...scary.

There is NO way to definitively check the paternity of a child without DNA sampling. We used to try this using blood groups (there are many many more blood groups other than the ABO and Rh factors we all know about). However DNA testing is so close to being 100% accurate it is now the definitive test. anything done on-line is a scam.

My son and I had cheek swabs done. Photos as well, when the swabs were done for paternity testing. Unless you have absolute proof, like the way they did my paternity test, don't trust it. My test came back %99.999(insert a bunch of 9's) that the fellow was his father. Report It

You cannot do an online paternity test as it needs to be done via blood sample in a qualified lab.

Does this paternity test ask you to send in a tissue sample ( a swab from the inside of your cheek) in a sterile container...if not, then it is most likely that it is fake, you can't determine paternity without comparing the suspected fathers' and the childs DNA. If this doesn't ask for both...you're being rused.

i think it's much better n more reliable to do the DNA test to check the paternity. it's very simple n non-invasive test. u have to scrape your mucous membrane (inside your mouth) with a given stick n then it's done. the specimen will be sent to the lab for test. both of you n your child must do this in order to compare the results. i did this once. it's an experiment that i undergone when attending a conference on biotech. it's a DNA test where u put the specimen in a centrifuge n you'll know the result when it is processed.
