Knee pain - patella slides to the outside, doc says overworked abductor musces & underworked adductors - true? |
Here's what I know: get a second opinion I have patellas that dislocate frequently, and without warning. I also have sever Crepatis in both knees. If you notice a "creaking" type of noise when you extend your leg, you may have the same thing. The bad news is, it seems as if the pain only seems to increase, and the mobility decrease with time. Physical therapy and surgery are both good options, meet with an orthepadic specialist to discuss further options. |
