Patella and bone near patella pain?

i have knee pain and my patella is loose what is it

Every ones patella moves quite a bit. If it move considerably different than the other side, you could have a patellar tendon injury, or a subluxation of the patella. See an orthopedist and have it examined.

Are you sure it's loose? because that's wierd, not many people could tell if their patella was loose or not.

Did you hit your knee at all? or is the pain just starting, and do you have any pain in your other joints?

I would see your doctor. There could be something more than a simple dislocation. You may need more than a brace. Better to be safe.
