Patella tendonitis? |
I have patella tendonitis that hurts sometimes during the night and after activities (doesnt usually hurt during but sometimes). I play volleyball and I was wondering how to reduce the pain. Should I ice before and after? you may have to rest for a while, ice after sport and when it hurts and copmress it. frictioning the tendon may help to. electrotherapy may also help |
