I have pain at the top outside of my patella (knee cap).? |
The pain comes from a fairly specific area at the top outside of the patella on my right knee. If the patella was a clock, I'd say it's happening at 10 to 11 o'clock on the outside edge. Any ideas on what's causing it. I'm 29, male, ok shape... but feel like I'm falling apart..lol. hurts especially when standing up from sitting... climbing stairs... anything bending. Not severe, but pronounced. I only have one patella left, it is sore to press, mayhap thats normal? or not. It turned out to be a small bone spur at the top of my knee. It's being treated with prescrip. anti inflam. Report It I've had that. It will go away. It's just a bruise that you can't see. annoying, but it will heal. HA SOUNDS LIKE ARTHRITIS TO ME AND I HAVE IT IN BOTH KNEES MY SPINE ASWELL YEP PAINFULL GET THE XRAY ASAP GOOD LUCK |
