What are the chances of tearing my patella retinaculum again after surgeory? What do I need to know? |
I tore my patella retinaculum after a patella dislocation/relocation injury in soccer. I want to know everything I need to know about this injury. I already got surgeory and I want to know everything I should do to prevent it from happening again. About the same as before surgery. Listen to your rehab therapist, don't go too hard too soon. Ask your doctors they should be familiar with your case. |
