Patella Subluxation/ Need good non resistant quad exercises for therapy? |
My physical therapist has given me a few ideas, like leg lifts, but I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas. I was playing tennis and very active before, so I would like to have a variety of exercises to keep me going. Thanks for your input! There aren't many options - leg lifts are by far the safest and most effective exercise. You can also do isometric exercises by tightening your quadriceps as hard as you can and holding it for 15- 20 seconds for 8-10 reps. |
