Patella tendon!!!!!?


it doesn't hurt but it feels really weird and its hard to bend it because it just pops back straight. i was running last night then i just noticed it this morning. HELP!

i ruptured my patella tendon 2 times in one year but if there is alot of swelling around the lower part of the knee go and get it checked out. get some xrays to make sure you didnt do anything to it.
