Chondromalacia patella.... do i have it? |
well... im a teenage girl and for the past 2/3 years i have been having annoying knee problems but i have never been to the doctor to get them checked out. everytime i stand up from a crouched position both my knees make an incredibly loud clicking, grinding, crunching sound. and after standing up from kneeling after a few minutes, there is this achy, dull pain in the general knee area. i did a little research on the internet and i wasnt sure if it was just normal and i should just get over it or is it worth getting it checked out. yes get it checked before its too late |
