If your leg is relaxed is it normal to move the patella? |
My boyfriend can relax his leg and then move his patella (kneecap) all over the place. I have even done it to him myself...but I can't reproduce this in my own knee and i don't think that it is normal.... Well I can do that too and about a week ago I really hurt my knee playing soccer. The trainer said I have an unusually loose platella and that it can sometimes shift too much. I think it is natural, you are just more likely to hurt your knees and have to be more careful than most people. |
