Advice on Chondromalacia patella ? |
Also can't kneel. Not sure if there's lack of cartilage. MRI normal. its been 4 years How do you know it chondro? Does it hurt around the knee cap and underneath the knee cap? If it is chondro the best thing you can do is to focus on strengthening your hamstrings (back of thigh), hip muscles, and butt muscles. Doing that can take some of the stress off of your knee b/c you will not use your quad as much. |
