Do you have a patella problem? |
I do and it hurts to drive (stick shift) and to even sit, stand or walk sometimes. It's been really bad lately, especially at night. I have seen an orthopedic doctor and had xrays done. He recommended physical therapy and a brace. I cannot afford physical therapy and dont have insurance. I'm wondering what kind of exercises you have found that help with the problem. I have a treadclimber, but found that it makes my knee worse. I like hiking but cant at this time of year so... Any ideas of exercises I can do indoors to help strengthen my knee? Perhaps swimming? I wish I coud help you out more and I can't believe you had no other responses. Report It |
