How do I treat quad-patella tendonitis? |
I play contact football and im running alot or as much as I can due to pain. I constantly ice my knee and take 2 advil when the pain in unbearable. I walk witha limp also because it hurt. Could not find a site specifically for quad-patella tendonitis, but site below had good information. |
