Mal tracking of the Patella?

I type knee MRI reports at work, and have come across this expression a few times - not sure what it is quite, but I should imagine you need to see a rheumatologist or orthopaedic surgeon about this. There is a specialist knee unit at the Wellington Hospital in London - that is if you live in the UK and have the insurance or money to go private!
