What is the length of a broken patella? |
please be specific WTF?! it depends on the severity of the break and where it is broken the patella is the knee bone. so it could break in half and be inches or feet apart. there is not a certain length of bones, everyone is different. Its impossible to guess with out looking at the xrays. It's the same length as a non-fractured Patella. The knee cap is just a few inches long and the fracture can be no longer. Must have been a heck of an impact to break the knee cap, it can really take a beating and come up without a scratch! |
