Options to fix torn ACL: cadaver, patella, quad...?

I am having knee surgery soon for a torn ACL. I need to choose among the various options for replacement. My doctor said using a cadaver would be his choice as it's easier to recover, esp for women. Just wondering what others think or if they can share their experiences.

Autograft= from your body and less risk of rejection/infection
Allograft= from cadaver increased risk of rejection/infection over autograft

Patella tendon autograft: strongest of the grafts, but most painful in the first 1-2 wks. Usually have excellent outcomes and if you are a competitive athlete then this is the way to go.
Hamstring tendon autograft: fairly strong graft, not as painful as the patella tendon graft, but still painful in first 1-2 wks mostly.
Allograft: least strong and least painful to recover from, I am not a big fan of these if you are active.
