Pregnant at 46 with Parkinson Disease?

I am pregnant with Parkinson Disease. I call the drug company about the drugs I am on.I have to go off one of them. I am on selegiline and mirapex.Does anyone have any information on mirapex or selegeline?

Best solution is to contact your pharmacist, and talk with your OB, and your neurologist.....Having a temporary return of your symptoms, (nine months) is a small price to pay for a child if you really want one....Immediately after birth return to medication and don't nurse your baby....You will need your motor skills to ensure safety of your infant......................

I would definitely talk to my Dr about the meds if you have to go off of one to insure your babies health it will be worth it. Just go back on as soon as possible after the baby is born. For more info on the meds go to Webmd and you can get all the info you need about the meds. Good Luck!
