How is 'Sudarshan Kriya' effective in Parkinson's Disease?

Sudarshan Kriya is a breathing technique developed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji (GuruJi).
Parkinson's disease is resulted from the brain's inability to produce required amount of dopamine. If you have any experience/information/knowledge indicating effect Sudarshan Kriya on Parkinson's disease, then please write to me. Thanks

I've found no research so far on Sudarshan Kriya and Parkinson's disease together.

I can say that breathing techniques, and related activities such as yoga and mediation are good for all of us. They help people with Parkinson's disease, and people without it to reduce stress and relax.

In the medical literature Sudarshan Kriya reduces anxiety, depression and stress. It also appears to have an antioxidant effect. That's fantastic. It probably would benefit people with Parkinson's disease or most other medical condition where anxiety, depression and stress are common.

If it works for you, then enjoy it. If it hurts emotionally or physically don't do it.

I am not sure it really works or not .

But Dopamine is the factor here, be effective it has to release Dopamine to correct part of the brain in correct amounts.

Try it, it may not work but cannot harm.

I will take placebo effect any day if it works a little even.
