Both of my parents have parkinson's disease. Their insurance does not pay for all of their meds. Can you help

They don't qualify for medicare, and the insurance maxes out by March or April. I am looking for info for them to get assistance with these costs. I have even tried the new assistance program that Montel Williams talks about, but this is not looking promising either. I am open to any suggestions that I can get. Can anyone help me with answers for Parkinson's disease info?

Contact the manufacturers of the drugs. Many of the companies offer discounts or free medications to people who qualify. You could also try public aid in your state.

Have you checked into the drug manufactors example parkdale. some of these companies offer free medicine to those in need, I know this for a fact as my father in law has heart difficulties and goes to a local hospital and recieves some of his meidication for free. good luck

if you would like to talk to others with parkinson's for support and advice log onto wemove.org chat it is for people with movement disorders and very helpful the entire site is great.
