Are Yoga, Meditation and Exercises effective in Parkinson's disease?

Only Sri Ram Dev Ji (Yoga Guru, From India) has refered the Parkinson,s disease and advised its Yogic treatement( Anulom Vilom (Alternate breathing) and Kapal Bhati). If you
have any answer, please give details also.

Yoga and meditation are beneficial to anyone, and yes, I believe that some diseases could be cured by them.

Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi are good for almost anything and everything! But don't force it. Some people find yoga soothing, others are stressed by it. But some form of meditation is vital.
