What are the effects of Parkinson disease on 70+ man?

It doesn't have anything to do with age. Parkinson's on its own is a horrible, debilitating disease and its progression is different in everyone afflicted with it. People respond to different medications. But the main thing is that particular person's other health issues. That can make the Parkinson's worse and the Parkinson's can make other health issues worse.
If this is someone you know (father, grandfather, uncle?) then you need to find out their specific condition and prognosis. There are too many factors to state that it will progress a certain way for him.

Parkinson disease affects movement (motor symptoms). Typical other symptoms include disorders of mood, behavior, thinking, and sensation (non-motor symptoms). Individual patients' symptoms may be quite dissimilar and progression of the disease is also distinctly individual.
