Im looking for examples of writing support plans for parents who have learning disabilities.?

The plans to include support for parenting and support for general daily living. personal and child health, domestic management finances and budgeting.

Ah - is it the parents or their child(ren) who have the learning disabilities? If the parents, then how severe? Can they both read at the 4th grade level?
