Hey there, Gina.... ahhh... I beleeeve "alveolate" is an Adjective.
Has to do with deep pits; as in a honeycomb...or the substructure of lung tissue.
That said:
A. Yes (spirochette/ double-walled single-cell bacterium)
B. Yes (protozoan)
C. Yes (protozoan)
D. Yes (amoeba) DOH!!!
