Is there an opposite of Sleep Paralysis? When I was younger, I was asleep, but some how I was half awake and I felt my body moving, but I couldn't wake up, or talk. I knew it was real when i woke up in the possition I was in when I felt I was half awake, it's like the opposite of Sleep Paralysis, it scared me and I want to know what it was. Any help? It's called sleepwalking or somnambulism. Maybe sleep walking and talking |
