Sleep paralysis.........anyone have that?

Sleep paralysis is an altered state where you are in the dream state i.e. paralysed but you are actually awake. It's terrifying (unless you learn to turn it around and actually enjoy it) is often accompanied by buzzing / rushing noises in your head and a feeling of flying.

I have gotten it before. My eyes were open but I couldn't move a muscle. didn't experience buzzing/rushing noises. I did what you suggest and turned it around. Great experience. I'd love for it to happen again.

aliens did it. :)

i often have that paralysis in my sleeping.

I think I had it once after a drinking too much one night!
