I have Sleep Paralysis...?

does anyone else??

it happens to me quite often...
im thinking about going to a doctor, but i dont know what they can do about it?

..has anyone here ever been to a doctor for Sleep Paralysis? and what did they do for you?

That's quite normal, and you're still paralyzed when you wake up if you wake up until the REM (rapid eye movement) phase of the dream. It happens to me too sometimes, but I've never went to a doctor for it. But a bit unusual is the fact that it happens often. I suggest going to doctor. I think it's nothing serious, but he will explain everything to you better than I am able to. Merry Christmas!
