Can vocal cord paralysis be a symptom of hiv?

Can Vocal Cord Paralysis be a symptom of hiv infection?

I've had HIV 6yrs and have done alot of research and I've never read anything about vocal chord paralysis.

It can be a symptom of many other things. If you are worried get an HIV test.
