Is this sleep paralysis? |
I didn't see anything and I was laying on my chest, but I had the same symptoms of sleep paralysis. I also heard a moaning and felt my blanket moving away from my neck and it stopped at the lower part of my back. Who in the Hell is Jimmy? I never said my name was Jimmy. Haha. Also, yes. My blanket did move. It is possible that you do have it! In Sleep Paralysis, you feel paralyzed, because you can't move any of you limbs, or speak, and you can hallucinate. I have it sometimes and I know how scary it is! The only one who can tell you for sure, whether it is Sleep Paralysis or something other Sleep Disorder, is a doctor. He can give you something that will help! Here are some links, that tell you all about Sleep Paralysis: As a licensed sleep doctor, OB-GYN, and phlebotomist, I am asked this question all the time. You see, Jimmy (if that IS your real name), the answer is yes. Well...good luck with that. Did your blanket really move? Maybe it was just a dream. |
