Saw someone in sleep paralysis? |
I think this is sleep paralysis, but it usually happens when I'm awake lying down.I still see everything around me & I am also very aware of whats going on,I still think, but my body, is completley paralized & I am also unable to speak, or even make a noise.I start panicking, then it will go away,& I feel dizzy. It always feels like someone is in the room with me. It could just be nerves but you really could have a spirit and it could be taking the shape of your family members. Go online and look up the TAPS number or if you have dish tv the watch channel 122 and look for the show ghost hunters Really creepy you need to go and see your doctor and tel him everything u just said in fact print this off and show them as its easier for them), it seems like u are showin signs of hullucination, do you get enough sleep (8 hours a night for most), have u had a tramatic experience? |
