Panic Disorder and feeling odd?

I have Panic Disorder and sometimes I just tend to feel strange not weak or anything like this strange odd thing its like u know something is not right. It happens then it leaves in 10 seconds. I am 14 years old. Is it caused by this.

I do not take meds.

I suffer from anxiety from time to time and go though the same thing but in your case I think maybe you should tell your parents so you can go to the Dr. and be checked out just to be on the safe side.

you feel strange because you panic and this is normal
stay on your meds though ok they do help

It is normal when you have panic disorder. You are probably feeling "depersonalization". It is when you feel kind of foggy. Like you arent really here, or that you are dreaming, but you may really be doing everyday normal things like grocery shopping, homework, at the mall. It passes quickly. I am so sorry that you have to cope with panic disorder. I am 24, and have been on meds for 4 years. God bless you. Do not let this take hold of you. You are better than panic! It is just a mere obstacle on your path to success!

it might be a state of depersonalisation-derealisation complex, all the same you need to see a psychiatrist to solve things out.
