Recovering from Panic Disorder?

Hi, I am happily recovering from Panic Disorder and at the moment I am trying to get my stamina back up which has been ruined due to tolerating intense panic attacks too much. I have found that when I start doing any kind of work or exercise, I start shivering and feel all weak inside. Any suggestions? I've tried a lot to build my stamina through gradual increase of exercise. But I'm too weak to even start. What can I do?

i had the same problem,a few years ago,you have got to take your time,it took me about 2 years to really feel well again,so do not rush things,,,,,,,,,,be happy
