Do I have a panic disorder?

I was looking on this website: http://www.healthline.com/adamcontent/pa...

I have 11/13 of the symptoms. Is there any other possible thing I could have? And if I do have panic disorder, does talking help? Because I don't want to go see anybody about it. Especially my parents, therfore:
-No Medication.
-No Doctor.
-No Phone Calls.
-No Parents.

Can somebody who is a proffesional, or a cousiler help me? I'm thirteen...so if that could help with your answers, please use it. My email is queenazooga@yahoo.com.

Please help me, I don't want to die...and I can feel myself slipping away.

To be specific, I haven't experience the last two on the list of symptoms.

See panic attacks at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 8.

Rethink not talking to your parents about this. Sometimes anxiety/panic runs in families through genetics and or environment. Get a copy of Lucinda Basset's Power over Panic from the library or from a used book store. And take deep breaths! You need to talk to your parents and a doctor-ok! Or talk to another family member or a school nurse or a teacher-you'd be surprised to know how many people will help you and not judge you!!!!!

Quite simply, I avoided my own emotional and psychological issues by not telling anyone and not seeing a doctor. It was emabarasssing ,humbling, and I didn't want to admit I was out of control.

Bottom line: Tell your parents, go see a doctor, and if you need medication, take it. I waited almost 20 years of struggling with anxiety and depression, and I wish I had sought help sooner. Don't make my mistake. Reach out for help, there is nothing wrong with doing so. If you do not confront this by talking to your parents and a therapist, it could be worse later. Get help. It is okay to let others help you to get better.

I'm hard-headed and it took me far too long to realize I needed to talk to my loved ones and also a professional. Again, don't make my mistake. Seek out the help.
