Patrick Swayze has Pancreatic Cancer, and he's only 55, that is too bad. That is basically a death sentence

Does anyone know what his prognosis is? or amount of time he has left?

As of today, it is a 6 month death sentence. But I am a cancer researcher working with a team of doctors who can treat it upto 6 years. I am not kidding: Read the articles below

the national enquirer says he has 5 weeks to live but they arent a credible source

News report say he is responding well to his treatment. He will have a good chance of beating his cancer if he continues to do well on treatment.

Of course no one knows how long he will live. But, you're right about it being a virtual death sentence. Ashame.

Why so many good looking young healthy people dying this year all of a sudden?
Its sad and i know the more we live the more deaths we see, but this is not a death i want to see anytime soon
I hope somehow he makes it through! i have heard of people who survive this, the more i read about it the more i see people are hopeful as theyve known people who survived for a long time or were completley cured.
Hes only 55, its not fair he should live to at least 80!
but life isnt fair for everyone.
I hope as they say 5 yrs at least, they say is how long most sufferers live, but i hope by then some new research has been done

since when is it a death sentence? maybe you should look up the amount of people who live through this disease

Patrick Swayze's prognosis is that his cancer is limited, and he is responding extremely well to treatments. Although, I'm not quite sure as to how long he has left to life.
