Natural painkillers... any such thing? |
Back and forth to doctors and specialists with pain. Been given lots of strong painkillers but I am taking them nearly constantly. I know it's not good to take them long term, but they haven't found out what's wrong and it's been 18month now and it's getting worse. You could always check out herbal supplements. You'd still be taking pills, but they would be all natural ingredients, no drugs. I did it for weight loss, and the place I went to had many other herbal (all-natural) remedies for things like sports injuries and stuff. Maybe that'll help? Good luck. i have been suffering from a disease for 15 months in and out of the hospital and the drugs i was taking was excessive...acupuncture really helped to relieve my pain in addition to massage and actually medicinal pot...yoga is good and music is also nice just try and do things you enjoy but don't push yourself so much that your in more pain...i hope you get better soon!! |
