DF 118 painkillers?

Does anyone have information of experiences of these painkillers. Rumatologist prescribed me 30-60 mg for back pain.

I have been taking df118 (dyhidrocodiene) for years for back/neck pain and fibromyalgia. When I first took them I was spaced out, couldn't get out of bed but didn't have any pain, or didn't care about it. Now they don't have much effect and I take them with Paracetamol when the pain is really bad. I try not to take them at all but usualy take one at night just to get some sleep. I can take 60mg 4 times a day and occasionaly do. They can cause constipation but I haven't had that problem.
If you have any specific questions about df118 email me.
All the best

It is a very very strong pain killer that is sometimes used to help ween junkies off heroin. Be very careful taking this. It is extremely habit forming. You must have some serious back pain....
