My wife is stealing my RX painkillers, What do I do?

I've long suspected her of doing this and she has always denied it up until this morning. I went to take my RX this morning and the bottle looked light so I counted them and came up QUITE a few short. I confronted her and at first she denied and finally she admitted to me that she had taken them. I am not talking 2 or 3 im talking more than 20. To cap it off she has her own RX for pain. I am diabetic have have nueropothy problems and arthritis which I take the painkillers for. She has her own RX for her back. A relationship is nothing without trust and now the slight trust i had in her is completely gone! I want to have nothing else to do with her and told her to leave but she won't! Both of our names are on the lease so I don't know what my options are for getting her out. please help

I apologize, I assume too much. This is not the first problem mywife and I have. This situation is the last straw. We have been to counseling, I DO hide them from her, she denies she has an addiction problem.
I have sat down with her and given her options such as counseling and discussing her dosage with her doctor. She has refused to do either. I am not a cold hearted jerk.

without trust there is no relationship. You need to contact an attorney and find out what your legal rights are in regards to your lease.

i think its "YOU" getting up in an RX dream walk and taking them.
or she could be thinking your taking too many and dumping them.
mabey you should talk to her instead of asking complete strangers.

Why dont you go to your doctor or on your next appointment tell him about the problem and tell them to take her name of the lease...

Divorce her. She's got a problem, and now it's on your back (no pun intended).

FOR BETTER OR WORSE did you forget??
Help her through this bad time. Is the love gone. You married for a reason, is that reason gone. No one said helping a mate was easy. TRY TRY TRY again.
SHE truly needs you now more than ever.
Working through this will strengthen your marriage.

Keep them in your pocket at all times or lock them in your desk at work and only take home what you need. Bide your time til your lease is up and move out if she won't move out on her own.
