Imagined pain/pain relievers?

I've been experiencing pain all over my lower abdomen, it travels around - I'll feel it in my ovaries, uterus, cervix, tailbone, buttocks etc. I think I am imagining it because my gynecologist says nothing is wrong. I'm convinced the pain has to do with some horrible reproductive disorder and I'll never have a baby with my fiance. However, I'm not sure. The pain isn't horrible, it's just noticeable. It won't go away with pain relievers (Advil, Aspirin etc). They won't even make a dent in the pain. Could this be indicative that I am imagining this pain? I am just so fixated on my reproductive health it is taking over my life - I am in therapy for bipolar disorder.

i was told for 20 years that it was all in my head & that i needed a vacation, a trip with my hubby, psychiatrist visits, etc...

finally went to a women's specialized clinic in Houston Texas who Dx me with PCOD = Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease. Had total hysterectomy & oopherectomy.
I was 34.

It's sad that this is taking over your life....try going to a naturopath/homeopath to help you in all areas of your health and see if they will be able to help ease your pain and anxiety...
