Pain relievers...?

if i were to over dose... on pain relievers.... alil bit ago.... is there any thing i can do by myself to help.. like besides go ot the ER or something.... like maybe exercise or eat or something to stop the effect of the drugs?

CALL POISON CONTROL NOW.
IF YOU ARE NOT TOO LATE IN ACTING, THERE MAY BE A HOME REMEDY. But you won't know unless you make that call and make it IMMEDIATELY.

Medication usually gets into your blood stream in about 20 minutes from when you take it.

Really and truly, this could be your life we're fighting for.!!!
I just don't know, because I'm not a Dr or nurse.

throw up make yourself drink milk it might help

Nope unfortunately you should be in the Emergency Room either getting your stomach pumped or drinking charcoal. Forget about the things that you mentioned because they won't help. Now get off of that computer and get to the hospital. Let us know what happens.

PLEASE call 911! Even if you don't die tonight from the medicine, a large amount of pain relievers can destroy your liver enough to kill you...it just takes a couple of weeks instead of a couple of hours.

If you have taken enough pain relievers to OD, you have taken enough to do permanent and potentially deadly damage to your body. You need to see a doctor right away.

Do a search on "{drug name} Physician Prescribing Information". You will usually find what measures are necessary for accidental overdoses. This information is in a book called the PDR or "Physicians Desk Reference". It;s also availabe in the library.

Exercise may metabolize it quickly. Some drugs require eating activated charcoal. Do you have any handy?

ER is your best bet.

No. You need to go to the hospital not only for some charcoal and maybe a gastric lavage, but also help with the reasons you would try to do something of this nature.
