Sex.
It releases "feel good" endorphins.
And studies have proven that it works.

"Sex as a Pain Reliever:
Through the touch magic of sex the hormone oxytocin is secreted in your body which in turn causes the release of endorphins. Because of these natural opiates sex acts as a powerful analgesic, elevating the pain threshold and helping to relieve the aches of conditions like arthritis, whiplash and headaches." http://infotut.com/reference/Society/Sex...

The gold standard of pain relievers happens to be completely naural: morphine.

I believe willow bark to be a fever reliever.

It takes a while - like maybe 2-3 weeks, but at least one-half cup 5-minute oatmeal about 3 times a week and salmon at least 4 oz once a week (not at the same meal, please) both have natural chemicals in them that help to lower the body's production of neurotransmitter chemicals, thus upping your pain threshold.

Arnica, basil, birch, black pepper, bugleweed, capsicum, chaparral, chondroitin, cinnamon, condurango, daisy, evening primrose, hops, indigo, kava, peach, pulsatilla, red poppy, sweet flag, tumeric, vervain, willow, and yerba mate'.

If you're looking for pain relief for muscles you might try dosing up on calcium... it's an excellant pain reliever. I used it during labor. Ask your Doc about dosage. Also for less then a $1.00 you can buy a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide and put about 1 cup in a hot bath.... it's really good for getting rid of muscle cramps. If you mix it with epsom salt you get twice the benefits.

for me its a herbal medicine is good for the pain reliever.
