Anybody know if any natural pain relievers, my back is always hurting?


and from what I have read I would prefer not to take over the counter and prescription meds. I don't think I need a doctor, pretty sure the pain is from working, bending, lifting, up and down stairs, not to mention I am quite top heavy, And, yes I do try to remember to lift with my legs...just need something to relieve the pain....Thanks

Umm the only way I know to do is contraversial. Take a medium size pot, fill it almost halfway and boil the water, place a generous amount of marijuana and let it boil stirring occasionally. Boil it until you think it's enough, not too long though, not to where all the water evaporates, then let it cool a little bit, but where it's still reasonabally hot/warm. Soak a rag in the water and place it on the spot where it hurts. See THC (the chemical in marijuana) needs to be burned to activated, and thats what the boiling water does, so its full of pain killing chemicals and it's just a plant so its natural.

If you don't like my solution, then take tylenol or advil ok.

THC is not water soluble so I don't think that is a good idea more than a waste of money, although it is alcohol soluble maybe a bit in some vodka would do it for you, but without any mind altering substance i suggest Yoga, and good regular work outs with weights. your prob is prbly in your core strengthening your abs, obliques, and lower back can prevent pain and injuries fro many things

Try reducing your red meat meal intake. Red meat is the source of purines in your blood sysytem and it lodges in your joints causing painfull artrities. Try to replace your meal with fish and cooked or fresh Fruits and Vegetable. It wont be long you will feel the pain going away little by little. It is better to cure the pain naturally and permanently than covering it up with pain relievers because the problem will always remain or even get worst. Hope this help stop your back pains
